The total inventory of products, styles sizes and colors offered by The Factory Store is always listed in the shopping cart portion of our website.

IF A PARTICULAR SIZE, COLOR OR STYLE DOES NOT APPEAR IN THE SHOPPING CART PORTION OF OUR WEB SITE, WE DO NOT HAVE IT AVAILABLE FOR SALE!

We do not carry additional inventory over and above what we post to the site; the site is always up-to-date. Please do not call our offices to check if we have any additional styles, colors or sizes -- if it is not listed on the web site, we do not offer it.

If you happen to order a product that is out of inventory at the moment because of higher than expected sell-through, we may make a substitution of product if a similar style/color/size is immediately available. If there is nothing available as a close substitution, we will immediately contact you by email offering other product or shipping options and await your reply before shipping.
